SmartyHD中港地區有限保養服務
不論客戶於任何國家購買此Smarty產品(以下稱產品),此項Smarty中港地區有限保養(以下稱保養服務)之條款及細則只適用於中國大陸、香港及澳門地區。客戶於購買產品之國家所享之當地保養服務,以隨產品附奉之當地保用証內所列條款及細則為準。該當地保用証已附於包裝盒外,或可向當地銷售商索取。
此項保養服務受以下條款及細則約束:
- Smarty聲明及保証此產品完好無損。此保養服務由購買產品當日起24個月內生效。保養期內,產品如有損壞,Smarty特約服務中心視乎情況,決定維修或更換有關零件。
- 所維修或更換零件之保養期作準。
- 客戶必須填妥此保用証,方可享用此項保養服務,並可能要求客戶提供銷售發票,或其他附有購買日期及地點之証明。
- 於保養有效內,如因產品損壞而需要享用此項保養時,客戶必須負責將產品運送至Smarty特約服務中心。
- 此項保養服務只適用於本保用証所列明之國家及地區,於下列情況下,保養服務將失效:
a)因操作失當、疏忽使用或違反用戶指引使用產品導致故障或損壞。
b)產品曾被非車路視特約服務中心人員修理、重裝或改裝。
c)天災、突發意外及其他非Smarty控制之外在因素引起之故障或損毀。
d)產品經過任何人士改良、改造或變換,以適應當地供電條件、安全標準及廣播制式。
e)產品編號被移除、損毀或塗改。
f)客戶未能於產品保養有效期內通知車路視。
- 此項保養服務所需時間,可能較當地保養服務為長,視乎當地情況而定。
- 除以上申明之保養服務外,Smarty並未就本產品提供其他申明或隱含之保養服務。
The terms and conditions of this GALA GOLD HONG KONG LIMITED Regional Warranty ( hereinafter referred to as Warranty ) only apply in two areas, which are the mainland of China and Hong Kong, regardless of the country that the Gala Gold’s Product ( hereinafter referred to as “Product” ) was originally purchased.
Where the local warranty service is required for the Product in the country that the Product was originally purchased, the terms and conditions of the local warranty card supplied with the Product shall apply. Such local warranty card is packed with the Product or may be obtained from the local distributor in the country that the Product was originally purchased.
This Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Smarty represents and warrants that the Product ids free from defects. This warranty extends for a period of 24 months commencing from the date of the purchase of the Product. During the warranty period, Smarty Authorized Service Centre will repair or replace, at Smarty’s option, any relevant parts only thereof in the event that the Products is found to be defective.
- The warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced part shall be for the remaining warranty period of the Product which has been repaired.
- For the Warranty service provided hereunder, the Consumer is required to fill out this Warranty Card and upon request from Smarty, the Consumer may be required to provide the purchase receipt or the documentation or information in respect of the data and place of purchase.
- In order to derive the benefits of this Warranty in respect of any defects in the Product, the Consumer must deliver the Product to the Smarty Authorized Service Centre during the subsistence of the applicable warranty period.
- This Warranty is effective only in the listed countries in this Warranty Card and the Consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under this Warranty in the event that any of the following conditions are applicable.
- Malfunction or damage due to misuse, improper use, abuse, negligence, or any use of the Product other than that described in the instruction manual.
- Products repaired, adjusted, reinstallation, changed or converted by any person other than Smarty Authorized Service Centre.
- Malfunction or damage due to natural calamity, force majeure, unforeseeable accidents and any other external factors beyond the control of Smarty.
- Modification, conversion, alternation to the Product by any party to meet the local electrical conditions, safety standards and broadcasting systems.
- The Product serial number code has been removed, defaced or altered.
- Smarty has not been notified by the Consumer of the defects of the Product during the applicable warranty period.
- The Warranty service provided hereunder may take longer than the local warranty service subject to the local conditions.
- Except for the express warranties set forth above, Smarty grants no other warranties, expressed or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the Product, fitness for any purpose or otherwise.
